On March 10th last His Holiness Benedict XVI addressed a letter to all the Catholic Bishops in order to clarify unequivocally the reasons for his decision to annul the excommunication of the four Lefebvrian Bishops and do away once for all with the polemics and erroneous interpretations that followed. |
