NATIONAL CONFERENCE SEPTEMBER 26, 2015 – TRENTO
Dear Friends,
on September 26 the 2015 National Conference of the Foundation has been held in Trento, guested by ISA (istituto di Sviluppo Atesino), which this year presented two innovations.
The first one related to the new encyclical “Laudato sì” by Holy Father Francis. The theme of the meeting was in fact: “Laudato sì: La sfida urgente di proteggere la nostra casa comune”.
The second one – in homage to the region Trentino Alto Adige that hosted us – has consisted in the invitation to participate in the work also to members and friends of the German language.
The meeting was held in the context of one of the most fascinating works of contemporary architecture, the neighborhood The Albere, designed by Renzo Piano and built with the best technologies for energy saving, environmentally friendly materials and in view of the greater sustainability possible.
The conference has ended with Mass and the visit to the museum MuSe that, after only two years of operation, has become the eighth most visited museum in Italy.
